Thomas Cater has been involved in the martial arts for over 40 years and has been competing and teaching for well over 30 years.
Inner Strength Self-defense is creating transformational opportunities for young and old in Boston. Through martial arts and mentorship, we are building character, self-belief, and leadership in the next generation. We are proud to have alumni who’ve gone on to military service, pastoral leadership, teaching careers, and law enforcement.
